Pre-Check-in form:

When you use our On-line ‘Pre-Check-in’ form you are providing us in advance of your arrival details and with the information that we typically collect at the front desk during the standard check-in process. Upon arrival please report to reception where we will verify your details provided on this form and provide you with your key and a Welcome Pack with details of the resort and area.

Confidentiality:

Pueblo Evita Club/Richvale Resorts will not release your personal data to any third parties. Pueblo Evita Club/Richvale Resorts guarantees to treat all personal details with utmost confidentiality and the server where all information is stored complies with the security measures established by Spanish legislation regarding the protection of data.

Terms & Conditions:

Check-in time is 5:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. (late check-out option subject to availability and extra charge).
In case of early arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you if your room is available.
Any additional charges due must be paid upon arrival.
Safes are available in all rooms for an additional charge.
Details of all guests for each reservations in the booking must be entered during check-in together with their nationality and passport details (required for those 16 and older).
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the units. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace.
Pets are not allowed in any of the units
Pre-check-in on-line does not substitute the client identification process (handing over of ID document and collection of room key), which the resort must carry out.
